1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PawDressed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PawDressed provides AI-powered pet portrait generation services. Users upload a photo of their pet and receive an AI-generated artistic portrait in their chosen style. Generation is processed by third-party AI providers.

3. Free Trial

Each user is eligible for one free portrait preview. The free generation is limited to one per person, device, or household as determined by our anti-abuse measures (cookies and IP-based rate limiting). We reserve the right to revoke free access if abuse is detected.

4. Paid Portraits

Paid portraits are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes. Refunds are handled per our refund policy (see Section 8).

5. Image Requirements

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. You must not upload photos containing nudity, violence, or any content that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse processing of any image at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated portraits are generated using proprietary AI models. You receive a license to use your generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of the generated images. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated results for service improvement.

7. Output Quality

AI-generated images are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every generated portrait will meet your expectations. Quality may vary based on the quality and clarity of the input photo. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a replacement generation at no charge.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. If you experience a technical failure (e.g., generation error, payment charged but no result), contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue, including providing a replacement generation or refund at our discretion.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Generate, request, or attempt to generate any NSFW, sexually explicit, adult-only, or pornographic content. Such requests are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent free generation limits
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated portraits commercially without authorization

All user-submitted content is subject to automated content moderation. We reserve the right to refuse, block, or remove any content that violates these prohibitions without notice or refund.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawDressed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or a notice on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
