3. Image Storage & Retention

Uploaded pet photos are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 storage. Generated portraits and uploaded images are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not use your pet images for any marketing or training purposes.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage free trial eligibility and session state. These are httpOnly cookies that cannot be accessed by client-side scripts. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database for order and job management
  • Cloudflare R2 — image storage
  • MiniMax — AI image generation (data processed per their terms)
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
  • Vercel — hosting and serverless functions

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API endpoints, and access controls on all stored data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your uploaded images and generation records within 30 days of your request.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
